TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. A non-refundable deposit of the total booking fee is required to confirm any discussed booking.
  2. Cancellations of any services booked with Bliss Entertainment must be made in writing and received by Bliss Entertainment no less than 28 days prior to the date of the booked event, clearly stating the reason for cancellation. Failure to cancel within the specified timescale will mean that the named client will incur the full booking fee, to be paid and cleared in full by the booked function date.
  3. Bliss Entertainment will require access to a properly earthed mains electricity supply, sufficient to allow safe usage of the required equipment for the performance. If the supply is inadequate, the amount of equipment may be reduced. If Bliss Entertainment considers the electricity supply or any other aspect of the event to be unsafe, they reserve the right to refuse to start or continue the performance after consultation with the client.
  4. Bliss Entertainment will use their best endeavours to attend the function. Should they be prevented from attending for any reason, including accident or sudden illness, Bliss Entertainment reserves the right to provide an alternative supplier/entertainer in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances arising.
  5. The named client will be held liable for all costs of repair or replacement in the event that any persons present at the event damage any equipment provided or supplied by Bliss Entertainment at a function. This also applies to any power cuts or power issues that may occur during your event that may damage our equipment.
  6. Additional costs will apply for any external entertainer who may require additional sources of equipment to carry out their performance. The client must provide all details at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
  7. Bliss Entertainment will require adequate setting-up time prior to the performance and a sufficient period afterwards to dismantle and remove their equipment from the venue. The amount of time required is dependent on the package selected.
  8. All tips made to Bliss Entertainment at the function will remain the property of Bliss Entertainment, and not the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  9. Any extension of playing time is purely at the discretion of Bliss Entertainment; however, they will do their best to accommodate such requests. Fees for extended times will be charged to the named client.
  10. Bliss Entertainment cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of any third-party suppliers not arriving or supplying their products and/or services on the required date or at the required time. If they do not arrive or supply these services at all, you will be refunded the full amount paid for that particular service. These services may include any services arranged by Bliss Entertainment on the client’s behalf which are not part of Bliss Entertainment.
  11. Parking slots for our vehicles will be required (TBA depending on the type of package booked with us), and one changing room facility is required for our team.
  12. The balance must be paid in full and cleared 14 days prior to the event date. Bliss Entertainment reserves the right to not begin the set-up process or provide services at the event until the balance has been paid and cleared in full. It is the named client’s responsibility to ensure all monies are paid promptly and correctly.
  13. The CLIENT Engaging Bliss Entertainment, and Bliss Entertainment accepting the engagement, confirms acceptance of all these terms and conditions by signing the agreement above.
